MULTIPLE
MAIL ACCOUNTS
These days it is
not unusual to have a number of email accounts.
You can set up as many accounts on outlook as you like. You will need to decide which account will be
your “default” account (ie the one outlook will use
unless you tell it to do something else).
You can change the
default account by choosing “tools” then “email accounts” from the top menu.

Select “view or
change email accounts”
Click next and
highlight the account you would like to use as default then select the “set as
default” button on the right.
If you run multiple
accounts, it is advisable to set up different folders for each account. See Outlook help for further information.
