If Gavial have set up your email address for you, a temporary password will have been issued. You should change this to one of your choosing as soon as possible.
If you wish to change your email password:
- Use your browser to go to mail.<domain>/MyAccount
- Log in with your usual login name - eg <user>@<domain> and your old password
- Change the password
Please note that if you use this method of changing your password, no-one else will know it.
Ask your network manager to give you a new temporary password. After it has been set up, change it to a new one. Please note that your password is secure, and is NOT known by Gavial.
