ACCESSING EMAIL AWAY FROM HOME/OFFICE

Very useful if you want to check your emails or send an email while you are away from home (particularly those of you who seem to end up all over the world!).

To use this feature you must have a POP3 account set up, ie you must usually pick up and send mail using username@yourdomain. If you don't have one, want one, or don't know what I mean, please contact me.

Simply open the program you usually use to look at websites (IE, Netscape etc.)

In the Address field at the top, type webmail.yourdomain

For example to check my mail, I would type webmail.gavial.co.uk (see below)

Enter your username and password and off you go!
